Supersaver tickets at OSTWIND

In November 2019, the OSTWIND committees decided to examine the introduction of supersaver tickets. In April 2021, the committees decided on a 2-year pilot operation. This will start on 12.12.2021.

Supersaver tickets in the OSTWIND fare network are discounted and contingent-linked route tickets

• with fixed prices
• only available via digital channels (online/mobile)
• in principle without exchange or refund (exceptions according to T600.9)

Supersaver tickets are offered in the OSTWIND fare network outside peak hours on various bus and rail routes. In the 2022 timetable year, the five TUs BOS, PAG, SBB, SOB and Thurbo can offer active discounts (10%, 30% or 50%). All other TUs participate in the supersaver tickets as passive participants (0% discount). From the 2023 timetable year, all TUs may offer discounts in the OSTWIND.
