If you would like to adjust the zones of your current OSTWIND travelcard or convert your OSTWIND travelcard to a GA or other network travelcards, please contact a sales outlet.

If you would like to change from an existing travelcard to an OSTWIND company travelcard, first apply for and purchase the new company travelcard through your employer. Once the purchase is complete, we will reimburse you for the travelcard on a pro rata basis. You can find more information about the refund here.

If you would like to change the first day of validity of your travelcard before the start of your subscription, please inform us of the new date using the following form.
