Renewal/Cancellation
Unlike Half-Fare travelcards and Generaltravelcards, OSTWIND travelcards do not have to be cancelled. You will receive a reminder letter with an order form or a reminder e-mail with a renewal link to our webshop approximately 30 days before the subscription expires. If you do not send in the order form, do not make a payment and do not place an order in the webshop, you will not receive a new travelcard.
Alternatively, you can renew directly via the link in your SwissPass account.
Return/Refund
OSTWIND annual and monthly travelcards can be cancelled and (partially) refunded within a certain period of time or with reference to certain criteria. The exact refund conditions can be found in fare 651.13 under article 10ff. If you have purchased your travelcard in our webshop, please complete the following claim form in full:
If you purchased your travelcard through another channel, please contact an authorised sales outlet.
Please note the following:
- With an OSTWIND annual travelcard, you pay 9 times the price of a monthly travelcard and can thus travel for 12 months. The last 3 months are free and therefore non-refundable.
- OSTWIND monthly travelcards can only be refunded with 50% of the purchase price in the first 7 days of validity.
- We aim to respond to requests as quickly as possible.
