Group tickets

Trips for 10 or more people

On a group trip (10 persons or more) by public transport, you can enjoy an enjoyable and entertaining journey together with your school class, club, friends or company.

The price calculation for travel by train and bus within the OSTWIND fare network is simple and can be done by yourself. Advice is available at every sales point served.

Discounts

Travel groups of at least 10 people (children and/or adults) travelling together receive a 30% discount on the normal fare.

Registering or booking a group tour

Register your group trip as early as possible (at least 2 working days in advance) so that sufficient transport capacity can be provided. Seat reservations are not possible on buses and S-Bahn trains. Nevertheless, the group trip should be reported to a sales point or the respective transport company so that transport can be guaranteed.

You can book your group travel at any staffed sales point.

Alternatively, you can obtain a detailed offer at sbb.ch/gruppen. You can also book your group travel around the clock by calling Rail Service on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.).

Rebooking and cancellation

If your group trip does not take place as planned, please notify the Sales Office of the change, postponement or cancellation by 11 a.m. at the latest on the day before your trip.

In the event of cancellation of a registered group trip (cancellation before departure), a processing fee of CHF 30 will be charged.

These tickets are ideal for single trips or for sections of round trips over different routes. The validity period depends on the number of zones purchased.
