Adjustment of the first day of validity of your company travelcard is possible prior to purchase. If the displayed first day of validity is not correct, please contact the OSTWIND office via the contact form.

If you move within the OSTWIND area during the term of your company travelcard, this will not affect your current company travelcard. This remains valid regardless of whether you move further away or closer to your place of work. The price adjustment will be made in the event of a renewal after the expiry of the current travelcard.

If you would like to change your company travelcard into a normal annual travelcard or, for example, into a GA travelcard, we ask you to buy the new travelcard first. You can then have your current company travelcard refunded by notifying your employer.
