Renewal/Cancellation
Unlike half-fare travelcards and GA travelcards, OSTWIND company travelcards do not have to be cancelled. You will receive a reminder e-mail 30 days before the expiry of the subscription, informing you that your company travelcard is about to expire. If you do not actively apply for and purchase your company travelcard, you will not receive a new travelcard.
To renew your OSTWIND company travelcard, you must first apply for it again as in the previous year. Each company has a link to its own application form. If you no longer have the link for the form, please contact your employer's HR department.
Return/Refund
OSTWIND company travelcards can be cancelled and (partially) refunded within a certain period of time or with reference to certain criteria. The exact refund conditions can be found in fare 651.13 under article 10ff.
If you wish to have your OSTWIND company travelcard refunded, please inform your employer. Company subscriptions can only be reimbursed after notification by the company.
Please note:
- The price of the company travelcard is based on the regular OSTWIND annual travelcard prices. With an OSTWIND annual travelcard, you pay 9 times the price of a monthly travelcard and can thus travel for 12 months. The last 3 months are free and therefore non-refundable.
