In 2002, when the cantons of SG, TG, AR and AI launched the OSTWIND fare network, Goba AG, mineral spring and manufacturer launched Flauder Original. The legendary combination of elderflower and lemon balm embodies the lightness of a butterfly and has given wings to the Flauder family and made Goba AG famous far beyond the borders of Appenzell. Over the years, the "original" has had many a companion - such as Flauder iisfee, the organic iced tea with green tea extract in 2012. OSTWIND has also grown and is now one of the largest fare networks in Switzerland in terms of area. Its territory covers 7 cantons and 2 countries and connects Schaffhausen with Sargans and Rapperswil with Rorschach.
